Why online training?

Online training provides several of the benefits an in person trainer can offer but without the financial and time commitments associated with in person sessions.  Some of these benefits include:

  • Accountability with a trainer who checks in to make sure you stay on track
  • Flexible workout scheduling to keep pace with your busy life

What are the risks associated with an online training program?

Cardiovascular training, weight training, and other forms of exercise are potentially dangerous even when done properly.  Online training does not allow a trainer to actively monitor your exercise program and prevent unsafe conditions or activities.  You should obtain physician approval before starting an exercise program and inform your trainer of any conditions that may increase the risk of danger associated with an exercise program or limit your ability in any way.

What should I expect from an online program?

Online training gives you the opportunity to add the oversight and direction of an experienced personal trainer to your fitness regime.  Trainers help you plan your workouts, keep you on track for your goals, and are a resource for any questions you may have or problems you may encounter.
